Sometimes. The assembly service is not panel furniture, so a change is checked with the factory first and, where it is possible, needs a paid sample before production. Send the SKU and the change through the Custom Products page or the contact form and we reply within 1 business day with whether it can be made, the sample cost and the lead time. Pieces built to your reference arrive in 8–10 weeks, and every date is confirmed in writing.

Every size of the assembly service is listed under Dimensions on this page; the packaged size is what has to pass the door and the elevator, and it is listed in the specification where known. Allow clearance for chairs, drawers and doors to open, and for people to pass. If the measurement you need is not listed, such as knee clearance, shelf opening or seat depth, send the SKU and the exact measurement and we reply within 1 business day.

The assembly service ships assembled or flat-packed as stated in the specification; inside placement, assembly and packaging removal are quoted as separate lines for your address, floor and elevator access, and are available in select areas, so confirm by ZIP code. Add the items and quantities to the cart and choose request a quote: a written quote at the same public quantity price follows within 1 business day, and the invoice is issued with the draft order once you confirm.
