Can I change the size, color, drawers or layout of a product?
Yes, for panel furniture: desks, workstations, reception desks, cabinets and wardrobes. Use the form at the bottom of the product page. A written quote follows in 1–3 business days; the piece arrives in 6–8 weeks.
How long does a custom-made piece take?
8–10 weeks to your door for a piece built from your photo or drawing, including sample sign-off; 6–8 weeks for a semi-custom change. The clock starts when you approve the written quote. In-stock items ship within 1 business day.
Can you add my logo or custom lettering?
Yes, on selected panel products such as reception desk fronts, cabinet doors and desk modesty panels. Send the SKU, your artwork and the position and size you want; lettering is quoted as its own line in the written quote.
Can you send physical finish or fabric samples?
Yes, for most panel finishes and fabrics. Samples are paid at cost up front and credited to your order within 90 days, up to 5% per order. Where no swatch exists we send actual product photos.
Can you provide CAD, 3D or SketchUp files?
Spec sheets and 2D layout blocks are available for listed products; send the SKU and the format you need and we confirm within 1 business day. Production CAD for a custom piece is prepared after the deposit.
Can you email me a quotation for a custom or multi-item order?
Yes. Send SKUs, quantities, finishes and the delivery ZIP code. The quote lists furniture, freight, delivery and installation as separate lines, with the lead time stated. Whole spaces start with a free furniture plan; repeat buyers can apply for a trade account.

Minimum order quantities are negotiable and determined by the total value of your entire order, including standard, semi-custom and fully custom products.
