Every product page shows the single-unit price and the quantity tiers; the same table applies whether or not you have an account, and there are no coupon codes. Quantity tiers start at 2 units on most products and at 4 units on chairs and upholstered pieces, deepen at every unit to 10 or more, and all sizes and colors of the same product count together. Carts of $5,000, $8,000 and $10,000 reach further tiers at checkout, and buying the base categories of a space together applies bundle pricing. Only one tier applies at a time, the best one for your cart. Mixed orders of 5+ items or whole spaces are quoted in writing within 1 business day.

Only when the order or written quote says so. Standard delivery is to the curb. Inside placement, assembly and packaging removal are quoted as separate lines for your address, floor and elevator access, and are available in select areas — confirm by ZIP code. Made-to-order products ship flat-packed, boxed or assembled as stated on the product page; tell us about elevators, stairs and building insurance requirements when you order so the appointment goes to plan.

Yes. Every product page lists the overall width, depth and height and the packaged dimensions of the selected variant; seat height is listed for chairs and stools. If the measurement you need is not listed, send the SKU and the exact measurement and we reply within 1 business day. Panel pieces such as desks, cabinets, wardrobes and bed frames can be made to a size that is not listed: use the form at the bottom of the product page and a written quote follows in 1–3 business days. Upholstered and metal pieces come in the listed sizes and colors.

Made-to-order products arrive in 6–8 weeks to your door. Production starts once the order or written quote is confirmed, and every date is confirmed in writing before production begins. If part of an order is needed sooner, in-stock variants of many of the same products ship within 1 business day from the In Stock page and arrive in 7–14 days, so a mixed order can be delivered in two stages.

Not on this page: a made-to-order product is produced exactly to its listed specification. Changes to size, color, hardware or layout are semi-custom — use the form at the bottom of the product page, which carries the SKU, and a written quote follows in 1–3 business days with any minimum quantity stated. Semi-custom pieces also arrive in 6–8 weeks, so the change rarely costs time.
